| Eagle Team (7B) |  | Welcome to the Eagle Team! Students on this interdisciplinary team share the same four teachers for the core classes of math, history, English and science.
The benefits of being on a team include:
• A sense of belonging: When students transition to junior high, they adapt to a larger school, more teachers, new expectations, and a complex schedule. Being on a team gives them a “home base,” a common group of teachers and students.
• Clear expectations: Students  | | Mr. Migely, Mr. Boesel, Ms. Vaerst, Mr. Rhoades |
get consistent guidelines concerning behavior, homework, etc., from the teachers. These are based off of the school wide expectations.
• Tracking of student progress: Because all four teachers have the same students, the teachers are able to get a larger view of each student’s abilities and progress.
