Course: Studio Art- Teacher: Ms. Wakefield 293-8590 ext. 1330 General Goals/ Course Content: Students acquire the ability and self assurance to express themselves visually and verbally as they practice variety of art media. Students team about the art of diverse cultures as well as explore the relationship between culture and art. Understanding of the elements of art and the principles of design will be enhanced through discussion and critique of the work of various artists. Creative thinking and problem solving skills will encouraged continually.
