Beginning Computer Applications Course meets the St. Paul Middle School Standard for Technology Applications Students use Mavis Beacon software to learn and improve touch typing skills. Students apply skills to produce word processing documents, spreadsheets, databases, and a paint and drawing project using AppleWorks software. Students will use desktop publishing tools to create documents. Students create slide show presentations using Microsoft Office PowerPoint.  Keyboarding Practice
