| Mr. Rogalla |  | Hello, my name is Leon Rogalla. I grew up on a farm in the northwest part of the state near the town of Thief River Falls and lived almost my whole life in Minnesota. The only time I lived out of the state is when I had a teaching job in Guatemala City, Guatemala. This is my 11th year of teaching social studies at Highland Park Jr. High. I taught World Geography for 5 years and have taught U.S. History for the past 6 years. I received my undergraduate degree in Social Studies from Moorhead State University and my Masters in Education from Winona State University. I've been married to my wife, Dina, for 11 years and I'm the father of a 19-year old named Dylan who is going to the University of South Carolina. I love to play the drums, be with my friends, cheer for the Twins, learn more about History, and work on my 1917 house.
I hope your children enjoy being in my class as much as I enjoy teaching it.
