Activity Log:
For
everyday a student is absent he/she must make up 65 minutes of
exercise. This time can be broken up. The type of activity must be
aerobic (exercise that increases the need for more oxygen).
Please
print this page and where it reads "Activity Log" record the date,
activity, and time spent doing that activity. This table is complete
once the total time equals the amount of time the student had to make
up. For example: one absence equals 65 minutes, two absences equals
130 minutes, etc………
