Hmong Parents Advisory Council is a Hmong parent group coordinated through the ELL Department of Saint Paul Public Schools to serve as a venue for parents who would like to learn new ideas to help their children and to voice their concerns and opinions about their children’s education. The group convenes once a month to provide learning opportunities for Hmong parents and to provide a connection between Hmong parents, schools, and their community. Below is the invitation for HPAC’s meeting that Ms. Gregor gave to your child in ELL. Please have your child return the form to Ms. Gregor if you will be attending.
